Together, they provide essential nutrients, keeping nails strong, moisturized, and more resilient to damage. Can be used on both fingernails and toenails. Directions: Apply a small bead of gel on the finger and rub it into both the cuticle and nail bed on both hands. Repeat this instruction for toenails if applicable. Wipe residue after several minutes. Can be used once or twice daily, depending on the health of the nails and cuticles.
